Who we are

- Order details: name, phone number, email, delivery address and pin code.
- Payment details: handled directly by Razorpay. We only receive the payment status and a transaction reference, never your card, UPI PIN or bank login.
- Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Website usage: basic, anonymous data such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies and analytics or advertising tools (for example Google Analytics and Meta Pixel).
How we use it
- To process, ship and track your order.
- To reply to your questions and handle refunds or complaints.
- To send order updates, and, if you agree, occasional offers or reorder reminders. You can opt out any time by replying STOP or writing to us.
- To understand how visitors use the website and improve it and our ads.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share only what is needed with:
- Razorpay, to process payments.
- Courier and logistics partners, to deliver your order.
- Analytics and advertising providers, in aggregated or anonymous form.
- Government authorities, if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, support, accounting and legal requirements, and then delete them.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop marketing messages, by writing to Dimensioninfinite22@gmail.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your data. Payments happen on Razorpay's secure, PCI-DSS compliant platform.
