Refund & Cancellation Policy
7-day money-back promise
We want you to try Satvik Roots without risk. If you are not happy with your first order, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of delivery.
- Applies to your first order only, once per customer (one phone number and address).
- Send us a WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and a short note on why it did not work for you.
- You do not need to return the opened pouch.
- We refund the product amount. The ₹49 shipping charge on trial packs is not refundable.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or with the wrong or missing product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the parcel and product. After checking, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund including shipping.
Cancellations
- You can cancel your order before it is dispatched for a full refund.
- Once the order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but the money-back promise above still applies to first orders.
- If we cannot deliver to your pin code or the product is out of stock, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
Returns
As this is a food product, we do not accept returns of opened pouches for resale. Unopened, undamaged pouches may be returned within 7 days of delivery if you contact us first; the return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or wrong.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed within 2 working days to the original payment method through Razorpay. The amount usually reaches your account in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
