Shipping Policy
In short: Order ke 1–2 working din mein dispatch. NCR mein 2–3 din, baaki India mein 4–7 din. Trial pack par ₹49 shipping, baaki packs par free.
Where we ship
We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Delhi NCR: usually 2–3 days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: usually 4–7 days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates from our courier partners and may vary due to weather, festivals, remote locations or other events outside our control.
Payment
We currently accept prepaid orders only, through Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking and wallets). Cash on Delivery is not available at this time.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share the tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email on the contact details you gave at checkout.
Address and delivery issues
- Please check your address, pin code and phone number carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details.
- If a delivery fails and the parcel returns to us, we can re-ship it once the extra shipping charge is paid, or refund the product amount (excluding shipping).
