2. Products
- Satvik Roots Moringa Powder is 100% moringa (Moringa oleifera) leaf powder, packed under FSSAI Lic. No. 20826005008268.
- It is a food product meant to be part of a balanced diet. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Nutrition values shown on the website are typical values for moringa leaf powder and may vary slightly between batches.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before use.
- Product images are for illustration. Packaging may vary slightly.
3. Prices and offers
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges are shown before payment.
- Founding prices apply only to Batch 01 and only until the date shown on the website, or until Batch 01 stock runs out, whichever is earlier.
- We may change prices or offers at any time. Changes do not affect orders already paid for.
4. Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received through Razorpay.
- We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, stock shortage, non-serviceable address, or suspected fraud. In such cases you receive a full refund.
- We do not see or store your card or bank details. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
5. Shipping, refunds and cancellations

6. Use of this website
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access it without permission, or copy its content, images or brand for commercial use without our written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
